NOTE: Bariatric Surgery may be covered by your insurance carrier. Please check with your insurance carrier to see if you are required to use a Center of Excellence (COE) facility. Most insurance do not require it. However, at this time we are not accepting Medicare and Medicaid patients for Bariatric surgery due to the COE requirements.
